What is NLP?

Anyone who has been interested in NLP for any length of time knows that it is not easy to define.

NLP is based on the proposition that all behaviour has a structure and that the structure can be modelled, learned and changed.

NLP is, therefore, the study of patterns in behaviour and what can be calculated from them.

You will learn to identify patterns in yourself and others. This will allow you to both predict and direct behaviour and will therefore promote flexibility, efficiency and produce a wider range of choices in your life and the lives of others

The Power of Positive Thoughts

The power of positive thoughts to affect one's experience of life has long been recognized. Positive thinking has been credited with the success of many business people, inventors, leaders, and athletes. More recently, through rigorous research methods, scientists are proving the power of this innate ability to impact our health, well being, and motivation.

NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming
A model that facilitates the study of the structure of subjective experience or how people do what they do. To facilitate the study an attitude of curiosity and adventure, with an openness and strong desire to learn helps greatly.

  • Neuro stands for our neurology.
  • Linguistic refers to our verbal and non-verbal language.
  • Programming is about systematically producing states of mind that we would describe as "excellent".
