How does TFT (Thought Field Therapy) work?

TFT is a method of literally tapping into your body’s energy & clearing blockages.

A trained TFT practitioner is able to quickly diagnosis which energy meridians are out of balance. Once diagnosed, the treatment involves the gentle tapping on certain locations on the client’s body in a specific order, while focussing on the psychological problem.

The treatment is usually completed within minutes and even in the most complicated cases, treatment may only take a few sessions.

Clients are delighted to be relived of their emotional problems so quickly, especially as the process is painless, long lasting and even suitable for children.

In conclusion

Because relief is so immediate and the results can neither be predicted nor explained by conventional theories of psychotherapy, clients are often stunned by the changes that occur.

Although TFT began with Dr. Roger Callahan over 15 years ago, it is just beginning to obtain more widespread attention in professional circles. A growing number of professionals are using TFT in the clinical practices.

Richard Walsh is an accredited TFT practitioner in the Callahan technique.
