What is Thought Field Therapy (TFT)?
TFT, or Thought Field Therapy is a unique mind-body therapy
developed by an American psychologist, Roger Callahan that works on
the power of the body’s energy system to relieve the emotional
distress associated with most psychological problems.
This is the same energy system as acupuncture but without the
needles.
TFT is proven to be effective in helping people overcome anger,
jealousy, phobias, stress and anxiety, to name but a few. This is
achieved through specialised "tapping" with the fingers at meridian
points on the upper body and hands. Again in a similar way to
acupuncture.
A unique blend of contemporary clinical psychology steeped in
Chinese medicine, TFT can provide emotional renewal quickly and
effectively.
