Baby Reflex

Baby Reflex is a natural and effective method of reflexology that mothers and fathers can give to their own babies from 4 weeks old.

Reflexology is a simple and safe treatment that is given to either the feet or hands. Working the reflex points can assist with many everyday ailments or conditions.

Baby Reflex can help to calm the baby and help improve sleep patterns, as well as assist with conditions such as colic, constipation, reflux and teething.

Baby Reflex is a very gentle and soothing treatment and complements the natural bond between parent and baby.

All mothers or fathers must first learn Baby Reflex from a qualified reflexologist. This can be done either in one to one sessions or better still be part of a small group of parents learning with their babies.
